Silk is an organic protein; needing only to be dried under the sun two or three times a year to maintain freshness. Air the comforters in mild sunshine for 2 hours every few months and the comforter will be softer and looser after tapping it lightly. For isolated spot cleaning, use mild detergent. Silk layers are damaged by contact with water so Avoid water and Do not bleach. Do not wring, do not tumble dry, and do not iron. Dry Clean only at environmentally safe cleaners.

Because our Silk Filled Comforters are larger in size than most others currently in the market, there is no machine wide enough to quilt our Silk Filled Comforters. Our King Size Silk Filled Comforters are 109”X112” to provide you with adequate coverage, in comparison to most other King Size Silk Filled Comforter manufacturers which are mostly 105”X89”. Our Queen sized Comforters are comparatively larger as well. Our Silk Filled Comforters are hand made and there might be slight variation from Silk Filled Comforter to Silk Filled Comforter but there is an added benefit of our Silk Filled Comforters being made to perfection.
What is the return policy?
To ensure your satisfaction, all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. We gladly accept returns or exchanges of unwashed and unused Comforters with all pieces of original packaging of the merchandise within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange minus shipping costs. Refunds or exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt and Return Authorization Number. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment. To return or exchange an item, simply follow the instructions on the packing invoice that's enclosed with your order, insure the package, and mail it to our Returns department. Please note, that all returns/exchanges must be shipped prepaid, we cannot accept COD charges. You will be refunded the shipping cost only if the return is the result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part. For your protection, we recommend that you use a package delivery service such as FedEx, UPS, or Parcel Post that is able to insure and track you package. In order to obtain a Return Authorization please call our Customer Service Department at
888-459-0101. Please write the authorization number clearly on the shipping label of your return merchandise. Items returned without an Authorization Number will be refused. Please allow adequate timing for arrival of returned merchandise and issuance of credit back to your form of the original payment. For special order items that are made by specific requests such as size, fabric, color or any other type of finish, the sales are final and non-returnable.
